The fuel-injected 499 cc Thunderbird in 'X' trim, a largely cosmetic update for younger urban riders. It added alloy wheels with tubeless tyres, a flat handlebar, new seats and a short rear mudguard, daytime running lights and blacked-out hardware under bright tanks. Colours were Getaway Orange and Drifter Blue.
